RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Please be sure that you are providing us with complete and accurate details at the time of checkout.We may also reach out to you for any required additional details to ensure that your order is fulfilled accurately. You must be aware that you must enter the correct delivery address and also can provide us with detailed instructions while completing your order at checkout.
Please be aware that you are solely responsible if any incorrect shipping address is provided to us. We at Aira Glam Studio do not take any responsibility to re-send the order to the correct address.

Please be aware that all prices mentioned on this website are only in US dollars (USD). We do not ship to any other country at this moment and we are not responsible if you place an order from a different country.
ORDER PROCESSING TIME
We will usually ship your orders between 1-2 business days from the time we receive your order.
Please be aware that Aira Glam studio would not be responsible for items lost or missed by the shipping vendor. You may file a claim with shipping vendor used at the time of shipment for any missing packages. For any Canada orders please reach to us to know your exchange rate and shipping charges.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Please follow through with the instructions for any exchanges or store credit from Aira Glam studio
We accept returns only if the customer informs us within 24hrs from the time the product has been received. We will also need the product to be returned to us within 1-5 days.
Please note that we only accept returns if the items are defective or damaged in shipping. No returns accepted for color differences.
Our policy lasts 5 days. If 5 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To complete your return, we require proof of purchase; opening video is mandatory
We would only accept returns for new & unused products if there is damage only and with all the original tags attached.
